1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PDSecure platform and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Services
KG Arjis Ltd (trading as Print Data Secure) provides a SaaS document security platform enabling organisations to generate, issue and verify secured documents.
3. Account Registration
Accounts are created by KG Arjis Ltd following successful KYC verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Licence Purchases
Licence purchases are subject to a minimum order of 500 licences. Payment is by bank transfer. Licences are non-refundable once activated. Volume discounts are available on orders above 1,000 licences — contact us to discuss.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the PDSecure platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or misuse the platform or its outputs.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the PDSecure platform, including software, algorithms and documentation, remains the property of KG Arjis Ltd. Your licence to use the platform is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KG Arjis Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
