Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Licence Products

PDSecure sells digital licence products (Tenured and Untenured document licences). As these are digital products, the following refund policy applies.

2. Unused Licences

Refund requests for unused licence purchases may be considered within 14 days of purchase, provided no licences from the order have been activated or used to generate documents. To request a refund, contact pdsecureteam@printdatasecure.com with your order reference.

3. Used Licences

Licences that have been activated and used to generate documents cannot be refunded. Each licence is consumed at the point of document generation.

4. Onboarding Fees

Onboarding fees are non-refundable once platform configuration work has commenced. If you wish to cancel prior to configuration commencing, please contact us immediately.

5. Annual Support Fees

Annual platform support fees are non-refundable once the support period has begun.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account from which original payment was made, within 14 business days of approval.
