Raise a Support Ticket

The fastest way to get help is through your PDSecure dashboard. Log in to your account and navigate to the Support section to raise a ticket, track existing requests and receive updates directly from the PDS team.

What to Expect

Response Times

We aim to respond to all support tickets within one business day. For urgent issues affecting document generation or verification, please mark your ticket as High Priority and we will escalate accordingly.

Before You Raise a Ticket

Check that your internet connection is stable if experiencing verification issues. Ensure your PDS Desktop Manager is up to date. For API issues, confirm your credentials and endpoint configuration are correct.
